Overcoming Opposition -A Message of Faith, Wisdom, and Power

Greetings in the name of Yahusha! Welcome to WBJMinistries, where we embrace the truth, wisdom, and power of Yahusha’s word. Today, I want to share a sermon that speaks to the heart of overcoming opposition through gratitude, faith, wisdom, and spiritual power. As we journey through life's challenges, we must remember that Yahusha is our fortress, our strength, and our guide.

 Gratitude- A Heart of Praise

In the face of opposition, one of the most powerful tools we have is a heart of gratitude. Gratitude changes our perspective, helping us see the goodness of Yahusha even in our trials. The scriptures teach us to offer thanks in all circumstances. In ( Tellihim)-Psalm 118:29, we are reminded- "Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever." This verse invites us to continually offer our gratitude to Yahusha, not because everything is perfect, but because His love is unchanging and eternal.

Let us remember, like the ancient Celtics, that gratitude is a spiritual weapon. In their belief system, honoring the divine through gratitude connected them to a higher power, creating an unshakable foundation. In the same way, our gratitude toward Yahusha connects us to His divine presence, fortifying our spirits against every opposition.

Faith- A Shield Against the Storm

Faith is the cornerstone of our spiritual lives. Without it, we cannot withstand the trials that come our way.( Iḇrim )-Hebrews 11:1 tells us, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” When we face opposition, faith allows us to trust in Yahusha’s plan, even when we cannot yet see the victory. Like the Celtic warriors of old, whose courage in battle was rooted in their belief in their gods, our courage today is rooted in our faith in Yahusha.

In Mark 11:22-24, Yahusha says, "Have faith in God / Elohim. Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them." Faith moves mountains. It transforms obstacles into opportunities for Yahusha’s glory to be revealed.

Wisdom from the Word of Yahusha -Navigating Life’s Battles

The word of Yahusha is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path Tellihim -(Psalm 119:105). The wisdom of His teachings provides us with the insight needed to navigate through the battles we face. Wisdom teaches us to respond with grace and peace rather than react with anger or fear. In (Mattiyahu)-Matthew 7:24, Yahusha tells us, “Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.”

When opposition comes, remember that Yahusha’s wisdom offers us an unshakable foundation, just like the ancient Celtic belief that their strength was drawn from the earth and their gods. Our strength comes from Yahusha, the rock of our salvation, and His wisdom will never fail us.

 Spiritual Power-The Armor of Yahusha

We are not powerless in the face of opposition.(Ephisiym )-Ephesians 6:10-11 tells us to "be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes." Yahusha has given us spiritual power through His Holy Spirit, enabling us to stand firm and fight the good fight of faith.

The Celtics understood the importance of spiritual power, seeking the blessing of their gods before battle. We, too, must seek Yahusha’s strength daily, knowing that His power is made perfect in our weakness Qrinthyim-(2 Corinthians 12:9).

 Yahusha- Our Spiritual Fortress

Finally, in times of opposition, we must remember that Yahusha is our fortress, our refuge, and our strength. In (Tellihim )-Psalm 18:2, it says, "The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge." Yahusha is our safe place when the storms of life rage around us. He is the rock that never shifts, the fortress that cannot be breached.

Just as the Celtics built strongholds to protect themselves, we have Yahusha as our eternal stronghold. No weapon formed against us shall prosper Yeshayahu -(Isaiah 54:17). When we are surrounded by opposition, we stand firm in Yahusha, knowing that His victory is our victory.

Closing Thoughts

As we face opposition, let us embrace gratitude, faith, wisdom, spiritual power, and Yahusha as our fortress. We are more than conquerors through Him who loves us Romiyim -(Romans 8:37). In every trial, remember that Yahusha is with us, and in Him, we have everything we need to overcome.

Let this message be a source of encouragement and strength for you today. No matter the opposition, stand firm in Yahusha, for He has already won the victory. Let His love fill your heart, and His power fill your spirit, as you walk in the victory that He has secured for you.

Stay encouraged, stay strong, and keep your faith in Yahusha.

In His name,  Halaleyah.
