Opening Prayer
Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your wisdom and strength. You are our refuge, our comforter, and our guide. We ask for Your presence as we reflect on Your Word and learn how to overcome the trials that threaten our peace. Fill us with Your Spirit, and may Your truth set us free from every chain of lack and despair. In the powerful name of Yahusha, we pray. Halaleyah!
The Story
There was once a woman named Ruth. She lived in a small village surrounded by beauty—rolling hills, golden fields, and clear skies. Yet, Ruth felt empty. Every morning, as the sun rose, she found herself plagued by whispers- “You don’t have enough. You’ll never measure up. Look at what others have.” These whispers filled her heart with fear, making her question her worth.
One day, Ruth cried out, “Father, why do I feel this way? Why can’t I find peace in all You’ve given me?”
That night, as she read her Scriptures, her eyes fell upon Psalm 23:1-
"Yahusha is my shepherd; I shall not want."
And from the Halaleyah Scriptures, she read Tehillim 23:1-
"Yahusha is my shepherd; nothing I need will lack."
Ruth realized these whispers were not her own thoughts but the voices of demons sent to rob her of her contentment. These spirits of lack aimed to blind her to the abundance Yahusha had already provided.
Determined to fight back, Ruth decided to seek Yahusha’s help.
The Battle Plan
Recognize the Enemy
Ruth understood that the first step to victory was identifying the source of her torment.
Ephesians 6:12 reminds us-
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
Halaleyah Scriptures echo this in Eph’siyim 6:12-
“We do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers of this darkness.”
The enemy thrives on lies. Ruth resolved to stop entertaining these whispers and to replace them with Yahuwah’s truth.
Arm Yourself with the Word
Ruth meditated on Scriptures daily. She discovered promises that reminded her of Yahusha’s provision*
(Philippiyim)-Philippians 4:19-
“But my God/Elohim shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus/Yahusha.”
Tehillim 37:25-
“I have been young, and now am old; yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.”
Each verse became a weapon against the lies of lack.
Praise and Prayer as Weapons
Whenever the whispers returned, Ruth lifted her voice in praise. She would sing from the depths of her heart-
Tehillim 34:1-
“I will bless Yahusha at all times- His praise shall continually be in my mouth.”
Her praises silenced the enemy.
She also prayed fervently, following the example of Yahusha, who said in ( Mattithyahu)-Matthew 6:11-
“Give us this day our daily bread.” Ruth learned to trust Yahusha for her daily needs, knowing He was faithful.
Build a Support System
Ruth reached out to her community, sharing her struggles and asking for prayer. Together, they encouraged one another with testimonies of Yahusha’s faithfulness.
Ecclesiastes 4:12 reminds us-
“Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.”
She was reminded that she was not alone.
The Victory
Over time, Ruth’s heart changed. She no longer focused on what she lacked but on the abundance around her. The whispers of lack lost their power, and her soul found peace.
Ruth learned that contentment is not the absence of desire but the presence of trust in Yahusha. As it is written in(Timothyah )-1 Timothy 6:6-
"But godliness /Elohim with contentment is great gain."
Her story is our story. We, too, can overcome the spirits of lack and live in the fullness of Yahusha’s provision.
Closing Prayer
Abba Yahusha, we thank You for Your unwavering faithfulness and the gift of contentment. We acknowledge that every good thing comes from You. Strengthen us to recognize and reject the lies of the enemy, and fill our hearts with the truth of Your Word. May we trust You in all things, praising You for Your abundant blessings. Guide us to be beacons of Your love and grace, encouraging others to stand firm in faith. In Yahusha’s mighty name, we pray. Halaleyah!
