Contentment does not come from wealth it's not something you can buy; Contentment comes to give you peace when you depend on God's supply.
Discontentment makes us poor while contentment makes us rich! Caleb was not so much a man of great faith, but a man of faith in a great God! His boldness rested on his understanding of God,not on his confidence in Israel's ability to conquer the land.
The same God who gave Caleb his boldness offers us his gift of eternal life through his son,Jesus. Many problems around us are a mental projection of.certain negative or unpleasant things.
If we analyze our own mental attitude, we may find it quite unbearable,.
Therefore, a well-balanced mind is very useful and we should try an have a stable mental state. We must challenge even what we think is "God" maybe even annihilate it a smashing of idols fashioned in our own likenesses.
Whatever God is, what is God? Not who is God? The answer must be approached in darkness, a form of "a-theism". This aspect of Christian "revelation" is older than Christianity. But can happiness be obtained as promised? That is the crucial question.
The answer partly depends on how you define "happiness". What is this happiness you seek? You need to know what you are looking for before a hunt begins.
