There is a message written across the universe.
Before humanity built cities, before nations drew borders, before technology connected the world, the heavens were already declaring something powerful:
Creation has purpose.
The cosmos is not silent.
The movement of the stars, the rhythm of the seasons, and the order of creation reveal that there is design beyond what the human eye can measure.
As Carl Sagan once reflected on humanity’s connection to the universe, we are reminded that our existence is connected to something far greater than ourselves.
Yet the greatest question is not how large the universe is.
The greatest question is:
What will we do with the life we have been given?
In the middle of Manhattan, a city filled with movement and ambition, there are symbols everywhere.

The streets carry dreams, struggles, victories, and unanswered questions.
A city can be filled with light and still have people searching for peace.

The answer is not found only in what is built outside.
The transformation begins within.

Light was never created to hide.
Light exists to reveal.
The world today faces serious challenges.
Crime, violence, division, and injustice are studied through sociology, statistics, law, and history.
Researchers examine patterns.
Courts examine evidence.
Communities search for solutions.
These studies help us understand what is happening around us.
Yet Scripture reveals that healing requires more than information.
It requires transformation.
For it is written:

"Arise, shine, for your light has come! And the esteem of ΧΧΧΧ has risen upon you."π
This is a call to rise.
Rise above fear.
Rise above hopelessness.
Rise above the belief that darkness has the final word.
Throughout history, cultures have searched for meaning, connection, and understanding.
The wisdom of ancient peoples, the reflections of philosophers, the teachings found across traditions, and the stories passed through generations all reveal one truth:
Humanity has always searched for the light.
Yet the Creator continues calling creation back to purpose.
Your heritage matters.
Your story matters.
Your assignment matters.
The stars do not compete with each other.
Each one shines according to its place.
The same Creator who placed the galaxies in order also placed purpose inside every life.
The world does not need more noise.
It needs voices carrying hope.
It does not need more division.
It needs restoration.
It does not need more fear.
It needs faith.
πAs Maya Angelou reminded the world through her wisdom, people remember the feeling they receive from others. The light we carry becomes part of the story we leave behind.
