WBJMinistries Sabbath Day Sermon πΏ
Elohim, our Creator, thank You for this blessed Sabbath day. May Your light shine upon us, illuminating every shadow, lifting every burden, and guiding us into peace and rest. May we honor You with our hearts and minds today.
Halleluyah. π✨
πSermon Message;
Beloved, today we celebrate the Sabbath Day, a sacred time set apart for rest, reflection, and connection with Yahusha and our ancestors. π️ Just as the Amadlozi watch over us, the Sabbath reminds us that rest is not weakness, it is divine alignment with Elohim’s rhythm. Think of a duck gliding across water. π Its feathers are perfectly designed so that water rolls off effortlessly, leaving the duck buoyant and unhindered. Let us take this as a lesson; “Let your troubles roll off like water off a duck’s back.” Too often, we carry the weight of yesterday’s pain, worries about tomorrow, and the burdens of life into today. The Sabbath is Yahusha’s gift, a chance to release those weights, to let our struggles slide away like water, so we can float in His peace. ✨π§Even in Manhattan, amid the bustling museums, the honking streets, and the rush of life, the Sabbath calls us to pause. Just as the Mohegan Tribe teaches respect for nature’s rhythm, let us honor the rhythm Elohim has placed in our lives. Let this day be a sanctuary where our minds, bodies, and spirits are renewed. π³π️ Remember the words of the philosopher Lao Tzu: “Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them—that only creates sorrow.” Likewise, let us surrender our troubles. Let them roll off. Let us trust Yahusha to carry what we cannot. From the wisdom of Buddhism to the light of our Polish Catholic heritage, from the guidance of Unkulunkulu to the whispers of our Black women ancestors, the message is clear; release, rest, and restore. π―️π So today, as you rest in the Sabbath, practice letting go. Let your worries roll off like water off a duck’s back. Let the peace of Yahusha fill the spaces once crowded with anxiety. Let light replace darkness, and calm, replace chaos. ππ§

Elohim, thank You for this Sabbath, for the rest You provide, and for the strength to let go. May our troubles roll off us as water rolls off a duck’s back. Bless our hearts, our minds, and our spirits with peace, and keep us grounded in Your love all the days of our lives.
Halleluyah. π✨
