Opening Prayer (Halaleyah Scriptures)
"Oh Yahusha, our Redeemer, we gather in Your presence with thanksgiving, seeking Your guidance as we unite our hearts in purpose. Let this sermon breathe life into weary souls and strengthen the bonds of the community. Grant us wisdom, compassion, and courage to be vessels of connection and healing. Be with us, Yahusha, as we journey together. Halaleyah."
A Story of Hope- The Power of Community
In the heart of Manhattan, WBJMinistries thrives as a beacon of hope, love, and unity. Led by Wanda Jones and supported by family, extended family, and friends, this ministry stands as a testimony of Yahusha's calling for us to embrace one another, especially in times of isolation.
One brisk morning, Sister Neikie, WBJMinistries' leader for young adult programs, noticed a young woman sitting alone at the edge of Central Park. She approached her with compassion and said, "Sister, you are not alone. Come, join our family."
With tears in her eyes, the young woman shared her struggles, her isolation, and her longing for belonging. Neikie invited her to WBJMinistries, where she met the family, extended family and steadfast supporters; and the loving arms of the entire community. Together, they created a safe space, a family for the lonely.
Scripture Readings and Teachings

A Call to Action- Honoring Our Heroes
As we reflect on the need for connection, let us honor the brave men and women of the NYPD, FDNY, Law Enforcers and all First Responders. Doctors, Nurses and everyone else in the Health care field along with Attorneys/Lawyers. They embody the Kemetic Law of "I have not closed my ears to the truth," stepping into danger to ensure our safety.
WBJMinistries extends our deepest gratitude to these heroes, recognizing that their courage binds communities and saves lives. Together, we stand stronger.
Practical Steps for Building Community
