Yemaya’s Embrace- Healing Waters for the Community

Embracing the Divine Feminine-Yemaya and the Essence of Strength

Introduction -Beloved community, today we gather to celebrate the powerful essence of the Divine Feminine, embodied in the figure of Yemaya. In our spiritual journey, we find strength, love, and guidance from our Creator, who manifests in various forms throughout our lives. We turn to the Halaleyah scriptures and the Holy Bible to deepen our understanding of this divine presence.

Yemaya- The Mother of All- Yemaya, the Orisha of the sea and motherhood, represents nurturing and protection. She is often called upon by those seeking solace and guidance. In our lives, just as Yemaya nurtures the waters, we must nurture our spirits and those around us.

Halaleyah Scripture Reference-"For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground; I will pour my Spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring." (Yeshayahu)-(Isaiah 44:3)

This scripture mirrors Yemaya’s nurturing spirit. As she nurtures the waters, Elohim pours out blessings upon us, reminding us of our interconnectedness with all living beings.

The Power of Resilience- Yemaya is also a symbol of resilience. The sea can be calm, but it can also be tempestuous. In our lives, we will face storms, but like Yemaya, we must rise, embodying strength and grace.

Traditional Bible Verse- "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."(Filippim)- (Philippians 4:13)

Here, we find the assurance that, with faith, we can overcome any obstacle. Just as Yemaya's waves can shape the shore, our trials shape us into stronger individuals.

Unity and Community- Yemaya teaches us the importance of community. She is not just a deity but a unifier, bringing people together through her love and compassion.

Halaleyah Scripture Reference-"And they shall be mine, saith the Yahusha of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him."Mal'akhi- (Malachi 3:17)

This scripture highlights Elohim’s deep love for His children and encourages us to come together in love and service, just as Yemaya invites us to embrace one another as part of a larger family.

Transformation and Healing- Yemaya represents healing waters, washing away pain and suffering. In moments of despair, we can seek her guidance for transformation and renewal.

Traditional Bible Verse- "He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds." (Tellihim )-(Psalm 147:3)

Our Yahusha is the ultimate healer, inviting us to lay our burdens down and embrace the healing power that Yemaya represents.

As we reflect on Yemaya’s qualities, let us embrace the divine attributes of nurturing, resilience, unity, and healing within ourselves. Let us walk in faith, drawing strength from the Halaleyah scriptures and the traditional Word of Elohim. May we become beacons of light and love in our communities, embodying the spirit of Yemaya.

Call to Action- I invite you, dear friends, to take a moment in prayer, to ask for the strength of Yemaya to flow through you. Let us commit to nurturing one another, standing resilient in the face of challenges, uniting as a community, and healing together in love.
