Heavenly Father, Abba Yahusha
We come before You today with open hearts and searching souls. We ask that You pour wisdom into us so we may understand the power of our choices. Teach us to find joy not in circumstances, but in Your presence. Fill us with peace that surpasses understanding, and give us the courage to choose happiness regardless of life’s storms.
In Yahusha's holy name we pray,

🌍 Philosophical Foundation
> “Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking.”
— Marcus Aurelius, Roman Emperor & Stoic Philosopher. The Stoics believed that happiness is not something the world gives, however it is something we cultivate. Like Marcus Aurelius, the Halaleyah Scriptures affirm that joy is spiritual, not material.

🖼️ Symbolism Story; The Heart Balloons
Look at the image of the heart-shaped balloons. Each one is a different color ` red, purple, yellow, blue. Representing the many emotions and seasons of life. They float gently, yet they are all tethered to the same string; the choice to rise. Imagine a young girl named Leviah, living in the hill country of Ethiopia. Despite having no electricity, no school building, and no running water, every morning she tied scraps of cloth together and pretended they were balloons. Her mother asked her one day, “Why do you play with invisible balloons?” Leviah replied, “Because even if they are not real to you, they lift me up.” Her joy was not dependent on what she had. Nonetheless on the decision to rise above what she did not.

Even in U.S. civil law, mental anguish is recognized in personal injury cases. Why? Because emotional well-being has legal value. That means your happiness is not invisible or insignificant. 🕊 Joy is not discovered ~ it is declared. You must choose to believe that Yahusha’s presence is your portion and Yahusha is your strength.

We thank You for reminding us that our happiness is not bound to the world but rooted in You. As we walk through trials, remind us to carry our heart-balloons of joy, hope, and love ~even when the skies are gray. Teach us to choose joy daily, to release bitterness, and to walk in the freedom of Your promises.
Let Your Word be our anchor and Your joy our strength.
