Repent and Follow God

Let your conduct be with worthy of the gospel of Christ,... stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel yielding your call to the Savior and letting his love flow through you makes makes even your silent witness, a witness of what God can do. 


witness for Christ with your life as well as your lips. Hear ye now what the lord saith, arise contend thou before the mountains, and let the hills hear they voice, hear ye, O mountains, the lord's controversy and ye strong foundations of the earth for the lord hath a controversy with his people, and he will plead with Israel O my people, what have done unto thee? 


And wherein have  wearied thee? testify against me. for I brought thee up out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed thee out of the house of servants. Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching, verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and find them so, blessed are those servants. 


And this know, that if the good man of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have have suffered his house to be broken through, be ye therefore ready also, for the son of man cometh an hour when ye think not. Then Peter said unto him lord speakest thou parable unto us, or even to all? "The righteous" include many of the people we read about in the bible who lived before Jesus came to the earth. 


You might think of Noah,Abraham,Sarah,Moses,Ruth, Ester, and many others. Some of these men and women  of faith are discussed in the 11Th chapter of Hebrews.But "the righteous" also included God's servants who die in air time.Thanks to the resurrection hope, we may be freed from any dread of dying-Hebrews 2:15 what about all the people who did serve or obey God because they never knew about him? These billions of "unrighteous" ones will not be forgotten. They too will be resurrected and given time to learn about the true God and to serve him. During a period of a thousand years. the dead will be resurrected and given an opportunity to join faithful humans, on earth in serving God.


It will be a wonderful time this period is what the bible refers to as judgement day.
