How often have I being right in the middle of something, stop and say "oh, I have to get my nails done." It recently dawned on me these physical reminders aren't as visible for praying fasting, exercising or meditation. Is it because we are so, accustomed of seeing police, ambulances and school shootings. Or could these be reminders for the seven laws of nature?
